We will not be responsible for any loss/damages for uninsured parcel.
You will receive the watch in 3 to 5 days from the shipment date.  
UPS Parcel is trackable, safe and fast.
We are not responsible for any customs duties or indirect taxes levied by your country's relevant authorities.

OVERSEAS sale
Credit Card by PAYPAL or Telegraphic Transfer By Bank (i.e. Bank wire) only. No Money Order.
For PAYPAL payment, please add 4% fee to the total plus shipping cost (Paypal charges us 4.5%, we bear 0.5%).

Bank wire takes 2-3 working days for the bank to process.  Please email us for banker's details.  
For bank wire, buyer to pay your own bank charges & this amount should not be deducted from the amount wired to us.
To avoid any unnecessary dispute, please ensure that this is cleared with your bank before wiring. Thanks.
All payments have to be cleared before we could ship the item/s.


OTHER TERMS
We appreciate your interest in our watches but please read the following terms carefully before placing any orders: 

The secondhand and pre-owned goods sold on this website are sold under the GST Gross-Margin Scheme. Both the seller and buyer are not allowed to make any input tax claim on the goods.

All watches are sold as is without expressed or implied warranty on a first come first serve basis. Please note that we do not guarantee the authenticity of any individual component parts, such as wheels, hands, crowns, crystals, screws, bracelets, and bands, as subsequent repairs and/or restoration work may have resulted in the replacement of original parts.  Being vintage and pre-owned, there is NO WATERPROOF/RESISTANCE WARRANTY on all watches.   Please bear in mind that all mechanical watches, especially the vintage ones are not able to keep 100% accurate time due to their age as well as wear and tear inherent in any vintage watches, which we believe all reasonable and experienced vintage watch collectors are aware of and have learnt to accept the fact.

Although three (3) days return privileges  apply, please ask all questions before placing order.  We will try our best to give any details you require.  As it is time consuming for both parties and costly (shipping cost both ways i.e. to and from you and possible restocking fees etc ) to the buyer, we would appreciate it if you could follow the above terms to ensure that every transaction is a smooth one to prevent unnecessary effort.

Please email for agreement before return. Item/s must be returned in its originality and any attempt to tamper with the item/s will render it null and void.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Watch must be returned to us (within 3 days of receipt/delivery by UPS) in the same condition it was received by the buyer.
Buyer bears the returning shipping cost
Shipping costs to and from you are not refundable.
Only Purchase price (less bank charges, PAYPAL fee & customs duties re the purchase & return) will be refunded.
For bank wire - The bank charges incurred in refunding will be deducted from the purchase price.
For PAYPAL - The buyer bears your own paypal fee in receiving the fund.
For Ebay items, SELLER & PAYPAL fees incurred on the item returned will be deducted from the refund.

We will not accept any return for any reason, after the three (3) days inspection period. Therefore, please  email before returning a watch so that we know to expect it. These terms are consistent with the guidelines set by the [NAWCC].
